Inkgility chocolate bar packaging
Branded chocolate bar packaging system for the Inkgility gifting line. Soft cream, pink, and teal palette with a hand drawn cacao pod illustration carrying the botanical reference, wrapper by wrapper. Designed as a repeatable system across seasonal SKUs.
A chocolate wrapper is a piece of design that has to survive being crumpled in a hand, photographed on a shelf, and unwrapped on a couch. That means the composition has to hold up whether the piece is flat, folded, or in motion. This system pairs a soft warm palette with a single hand drawn cacao pod illustration that anchors every wrapper, so the SKU can shift color without losing the family read.
Illustration
Single hand drawn cacao pod with leaves rendered in a warm sepia line. Same illustration reused across the SKU family for family recognition. The illustration is loose enough to feel handmade but consistent enough to work as a system anchor.
Palette logic
Three ground colors in soft rotation (cream, blush pink, warm teal) chosen so any two adjacent wrappers on a shelf create a pleasing tonal contrast without shouting. Palette is designed for the gifting aisle, not the impulse aisle.
Type treatment
Chocolate wordmark in a warm sans, tinted just enough darker than the ground to sit softly rather than punch. The name reads on approach, the illustration reads on close look. The Inkgility mark carries the brand attribution on every SKU.
Production notes
Offset print on 90gsm coated wrapper stock, foil laminated inner for chocolate contact. The pink and teal grounds tested against food safe ink coverage to hold color across a full production run without shifting. Each SKU wrap dies from the same master template.
