Product one-pager

Meridian Filter

Under-counter water filtration for offices of 20 to 150 people. Installed in a morning, serviced by mail, priced per person.

Meridian replaces the office water cooler with a filtered line off the existing cold-water supply. One head above the sink, one filter under it, one cartridge swap a quarter. The dispenser looks like a faucet because it is a faucet.

Cleaner water, quietly

A four-stage cartridge (sediment, carbon block, KDF, remineralizing) removes chlorine, PFAS at 99.2 percent, lead below 5 ppb, and the taste that made the office reach for bottled in the first place. Tested by NSF against 401 and 473.

No jugs on the floor

A 5-gallon bottled cooler leaves 34 cubic feet of plastic in the office each month. Meridian removes the delivery, the storage rack, the empties, and the person who chases the vendor.

One line item

$14 per person per quarter. Filters ship on the calendar. The office manager plugs in a cartridge in 90 seconds. No annual contract, no service call fees.

What it costs, all in

The head unit and housing land at $489 up front (or $0 with the Meridian Care plan). Cartridges are billed quarterly at $14 per person, capped at 60 people per head. A 40-person office pays $560 a quarter and no other charges. A bottled-water program of the same size averages $1,180 a quarter and half a supply closet.

What happens after you order

  1. Meridian ships the unit and the first cartridge within three business days.
  2. The office manager or a local plumber installs in about 90 minutes.
  3. The next cartridge arrives on schedule. The last one goes back in a prepaid recycling mailer.

Ready to try it

Meridian offers a 60-day money-back trial. If the office does not prefer the tap to whatever was there before, the unit ships back at our cost and the plan cancels. Volume pricing available above 200 seats. Multi-office rollout support included after two locations.

What the office manager keeps hearing about

Three questions come up on every intake call. Meridian answers each of them in the same shape. The answer is not marketing. It is what the plumbing and the chemistry do.

Does the taste really change

Chlorine is the taste people call metallic. The carbon block stage removes it below detection. The remineralizing final stage adds back calcium and magnesium at the same ratio as a moderately hard spring water. On blind tastings the office picks Meridian over bottled 76 percent of the time and over unfiltered municipal tap 91 percent of the time.

What happens when we forget the cartridge

The head unit blinks amber at 90 percent of expected volume. It does not shut off. The cartridge is rated 2,500 gallons; a typical 40-person office runs through it in 88 days. Meridian mails the next one to arrive on day 80. Every replacement includes a prepaid return mailer for the used cartridge, which recycles as a single unit.

What if we already have a bottled contract

Most bottled contracts run month to month or on a 90-day cancellation. Meridian's onboarding team drafts the cancellation letter, matches your billing cycle, and coordinates the last delivery so the office is not without water for a day. We have done this 340 times.

Is there a sustainability report

Yes, one page. It reports gallons dispensed, plastic bottles displaced, and CO2 emissions avoided against a bottled baseline. Sent quarterly. HR uses it in the office sustainability report to the board. Facilities uses it to defend the annual renewal.

What the pilot looks like

Meridian offers a 60-day money-back trial with no separate contract. The office receives the head unit, the housing, and the first cartridge in one box. Installation runs about 90 minutes with any competent plumber or a facilities lead who can follow written instructions. The head unit is pre-connected. The only jobs on site are a shut-off valve, a T-fitting on the cold-water line, and mounting the housing under the sink. Meridian ships the mounting hardware and includes a video for the two steps most likely to trip an installer.

At day 30 an account manager calls the office manager for a 15-minute check-in. At day 60 the office decides whether to keep the unit or return it. Ninety-four percent of pilots keep the unit. The four percent who return it do so because the office moved, changed hands, or discovered a build-out that made the install impractical.
