Ten years as CMO and Creative Director at Inkgility. The agency shipped brand identity, print, packaging, digital, marketing, and full-stack work across hundreds of engagements. This master page pulls together the disciplines I ran there and links out to the specific pieces on the portfolio.
Agency identity
Inkgility brand identity system. Black and gold foil across business cards, letterhead, envelope, folder, and applied stationery. Ten years of application across the agency and its client book.
The Inkgility identity: mark, wordmark, color and type systems, and the application rules that carried the agency across a decade. Foil-stamped stationery, business card and letterhead templates, envelope and folder application, and the visual language that unified every touchpoint from client pitches to production print runs.
Print work
Inkgility is a print marketing company at its core. Fiery print servers, wide-format signage, embroidery for branded apparel, and the production discipline that ships clean the first time. Across ten years the agency produced business cards, brochures, direct mail, event collateral, packaging, yard signs, banners, vehicle wraps, tradeshow environments, and the small-run luxury print work that most digital-first agencies farm out. File prep, color calibration, paper stock selection, and vendor management were part of the daily craft, not a supervisory function.
Digital + site
Agency website, client work platforms, and the Inkgility Design Studio (a design studio browser tool built to let clients configure printed marketing pieces directly against production-ready templates without a designer in the loop for every request). WordPress and Webflow builds for the client book, custom Shopify theme work for DTC engagements, headless React for the more ambitious digital products, and the technical SEO discipline that made every site legible to Google, Perplexity, and the answer engines increasingly deciding vendor consideration.
Content + editorial
Editorial calendars, pillar articles, industry playbooks, client-facing decks, sales enablement, and the writing craft across the book. Long-form thought leadership for B2B clients, direct-response copy for DTC, brand voice systems for professional services, and case study writeups that respected the buyer decision journey rather than the agency's timeline. Voice-switching between five clients in the same day was the default operating condition, not the exception.
Marketing + social
Marketing operations for a multi-client agency book: paid media across Google, Meta, Microsoft, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Amazon at spend levels up to six figures monthly per client; email lifecycle in Klaviyo, HubSpot, Iterable, and Mailchimp; organic social calendars across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X coordinated so message compounded rather than fragmented; analytics dashboards in GA4, GSC, and Looker Studio structured to answer "what changed, why, and what do we do next" rather than a metric list.
Motion + video
Adobe Premiere and After Effects daily for motion graphics, brand animation, and product video. CapCut for the short-form vertical work (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) that respected platform-native pacing. On-location photography and video for client campaigns, event coverage, product shoots, and the ongoing content library work that kept the book fed. Audition for podcast and interview audio production.
